• Wyndham City, Salisbury City (SA), Greater Dandenong and Colac-Otway all select CSS for the development of their ICT Strategies for the next 5 years
• Release of CID 3.1.5 Release which which fully supports SQL/Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2
• Release of CID 3.1.2 which fully supports SQL/Server 2005 in Native Mode and moves the CID platform to ASP.Net 2.0. Also included in this release is the integrated Data Warehouse as well as the first release of our Personnel Development and Review (PDR) module.
• New Customers City of Swan, Bendigo City, Mt Alexander Shire and Port Adelaide Enfield City  have purchased CID
• Latrobe City Council have purchased the CID History Database to provide enquiry access to historical Oracle based financial information.
• Baw Baw Shire Council has selected CSS & JayThom to implement the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product
• Wyndham City Council has selected CSS & JayThom to implement CouncilRM for a range of key databases
• Wyndham City Council has selected CSS to undertake a detailed strategic review of its eServices delivery.
