CSS has been appointed to develop an eServices strategy for Wyndham City Council. The study will:

1. Review the currently level of electronic service delivery by Wyndham City;

2. Review the level of electronic service delivery undertaken by other similar-sized Local Authorities in Victoria;

3. Agree basic scope of services expected to be delivered to the community by Council;

4. Look at the scope of systems and services typically available to Local Government through suppliers focusing on the Local Government sector;

5. Determine a strategy to work towards the overall service delivery requirements including priorities, timeframes and expected resources and funding opportunities
   
   
6. Hardware and hosting site;

7. Capacity of existing core applications to take advantage of service delivery via the Internet;

8. Readiness of organisation - eg data cleanliness, culture, content management tools etc.

  It is anticpiated that this study will be completed by April 2009.
