CouncilRM is now being implemented at our second site at Wyndham City Council. Wyndham City needed to replace a series of ageing Lotus Notes based databases which have been used within Council for a number of years. After extensive research, Wyndham decided to implement CouncilRM focusing on:
- Community Facilities and Bookings Management
- Youth Services
- Volunteer Services
- Sports & Recerational Facilities Management
It is planned to implement CouncilRM across further business functions such as Events Management, Business & Tourism and Community Directories after the initial project.
