Bendigo, Mt Alexander and Port Adelaide Enfield join CSS Users. Minimize

 

Bendigo and Mt Alexander Shire Councils are geopgraphically next door, so it madesense to tender jointly for a Corporate Reporting and Organisation Performance System. Having undertaken an extensive market review, both Councils selected CID as their preferred product.

Implementation began in December 2007, and was completed for go live on time and budget in April 2008. Some of the types of business functions the system is supported for these Councils are:

  • Community Plans
  • Council Plans
  • Strategy Plans
  • Management Plans
  • Business Unit Planning
  • Corporate KPIs
  • Audit
  • Risk Management
  • Capital Expenditure Monitoring
  • Operating Expenditure Monitoring
  • Links to Finance One (Bendigo) and Finesse (Mt Alexnader) for financial integration.

 
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield selected CID after tendering in 2007, and has decided to be the first CID user outside of Victoria. Implementation began with scoping in April 2008,

Council is progressing with a targeted go live in August 2008. Some of the business functions CID will be used for include:

  • Council Plans
  • Strategy Plans
  • Management Plans
  • Section Planning
  • Directors PDR
  • Corporate KPIs with links to Finance One, Proclaim, Hansen and Dataworks
  • Capital Expenditure Monitoring

Port Adelaide will also be the first user of the Individual Performance Reporting module of CID.
