Baw Baw Shire Council, in conjunction with Microsoft Consulting Services, JayThom and CSS are pleased to announce CouncilRM - xRM for Local Government.

Recognising the need for an intuitive solution to the problem of customer relationship management in Local Government, JayThom and CSS have joined forces with Microsoft Consulting Services in the development of CouncilRM.

The initial pilot rollout is complete, and CouncilRM is now being implemented at our second site at Wyndham City Council. Wyndham City needed to replace a series of ageing Lotus Notes based databases which have been used within Council for a number of years. After extensive research, Wyndham decided to implement CouncilRM focusing on:

• Community Facilities and Bookings Management
• Youth Services
• Volunteer Services
• Sports & Recerational Facilities Management

It is planned to implement CouncilRM across further business functions such as Events Management, Business & Tourism and Community Directories after the initial project.
