
CID has four specific modules:
- Results Manager focusing on the management of Action based activities;
- Performance Manager focusing on the management of Key Performance Indicators;
- Risk Management integrating the management of Risk functions with your planning and performance management framework;
- Individual Performance Management integrating individual performance with your overall organisational performance.

Being originally developed at Manningham City Council, CSS continues to work closely with Manningham City in the development of the CID product. We are proud to be working closely with Manningham City in the ongoing development of CID.
Since acquisition by CSS, CID has been extensively redeveloped to take advantage of the technologies and features available in both Microsoft .Net 3.5 and Microsoft SQL/Server 2005 technologies. |
